Hello and happy Friday, my Besties!  As I shared yesterday, it has been a crazy week for our family, but we have realized just how much we have to be thankful for.  I love writing about gratitude, mostly because the longer I’m alive, the more I realize how amazingly powerful it is to practice gratitude.  Reflecting on what we do have and what is going well, rather than dwelling on what we lack or wish was different can completely transform our minds as well as some physiological responses in our bodies.  So, yeah, I heart gratitude.
A huge part of practicing gratitude is expressing it.  If someone has helped, served, or blessed you in some way, it’s always good to let them know.  You don’t have to do anything crazy or fancy…a simple text, phone call, or note will adequately convey your appreciation. However, there are certain people and certain acts of kindness that may warrant you going the extra mile.  When that is the case, your Self Care Bestie has you covered!  Check out today’s finds, which is full of super fun gifts that express gratitude to the super amazing people in your life.
Bestie Finds: Expressing Gratitude

Red & white wine duo – Don’t know if your recipient prefers red or white?  Why not gift them with both?  This highly rated pino gris and merlot combo are also surprisingly affordable – just $35 for the pair!  I’ll def drink to that!
Thank you card set – Make it easy to express your gratitude by always having a thank you card on hand!  This set comes with 36 cards and envelopes in 6 different sweet designs.  Your family and all your Besties will feel so loved when you send one their way!

“Loved” ribbon – Show your appreciation and love with this adorable paper ribbon.  I honestly want to scoop up a few for my kids, nieces, and nephews, but I totally think any adult would get a kick out of this as well!

Big Book of Awards For Grownups – If traditional thank you cards aren’t your thing, why not make your loved one laugh with an award from this hilarious book?  It contains 45 unique cardstock awards you can personalize any way you like.

Teachers Are Awesome pouch – Teachers are awesome.  And I’m not just saying that because I’m married to one.  Today may be the last day of Teacher Appreciation week, but this pouch would make a perfect end of the year gift for the people who make a difference in your kids’ lives every day.

C.Jayne Teach teacher pep talk mug – One more teacher gift because this pep talk mug is too cute for words!  It is colorful, sweet, and sure to make any teacher’s day!  Check out the entire website dedicated to teacher gifts and organizational tools!
