Even though the northeast is supposed to get pummeled with a legit blizzard tomorrow, I’ve got spring on my mind! Spring is the time I start looking forward to outdoor workouts after being cooped up all winter. Don’t get me wrong, I love spin class and a good home workout, but getting a nice run or walk in on a beautiful spring day feels like a double dose of self care, which I’m obviously all for.
Last week I shared a super fun workout playlist to motivate you (perfect for a long run!) so this week I’m bringing motivation in the form of fun workout clothes. Because let’s be honest, shopping is fun and wearing something new is also fun. And working out is more fun when you love your workout clothes. Right?!
