Hey there, Besties!  I hope your weekend was wonderful!  I’m coming atcha live from Spring Break ’17!  Our days so far have been filled with family time, lots of fun, but very little sleep, as my littlest boy has adopted the habit of waking mama up 5-6 times per night.  Needless to say, both of us have been indulging in daily self care naps.  #teachemyoung  
Today’s post is all about vulnerability, which you already know I’m a huge, huge fan of.    There is something so beautiful and brave about being who we are and not feeling like we have to apologize for it.  There is so much freedom in that.  People often say “it is what it is.”  I think of vulnerability as saying, “I am who I am.”  Not that we can’t change if we want to, but just giving ourselves room to be our authentic selves is so liberating.  Here are my ten favorite vulnerability quotes…and no I will not apologize for the many Brene Brown quotes.  #IamwhoIam  ðŸ˜‰
