Windows Down Summer Playlist

Happy Monday, my Besties!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  We have been having sublime summer weather and I’m thankful we have had many opportunities to soak up all the glorious sunshine!
Does anyone else feel like summer is flying by?  I mean, I guess it always does, but for some reason once the 4th of July is over, it feels like it’s practically August.  Probably because Target is already in full-on back to school mode.  #eyeroll
Well I’m not ready to give up my summer yet, and today I’m sharing  a playlist designed to make you wanna roll down those car windows and blast the sounds of the season.  I happen to have a very eclectic taste in music (as you will soon see), so there’s a whole lotta variety on this playlist.  Hopefully, there’s a little something for everyone.  Pop these tunes into your Spotify or Apple Music and enjoy!

1.  Dream Lover – Bobby Darin
2.  Brand New – Ben Rector
3.  Love is a Battlefield – Pat Benetar
4.  My Girl – Otis Redding (I know everyone loves the Temptations version, but Otis does a mean job with it, too!)
5.  Let Me Love You – Mario
6.  Upside Down – Jack Johnson
7.  Tears of a Clown – Smokey Robinson & The Miracles
8.  Run Around – Blues Traveler
9.  Island In The Sun – Weezer
10.  Come On Get Higher – Matt Nathanson
11.  Semi-Charmed Life – Third Eye Blind
12.  Good Life – OneRepublic
13.  Every Morning – Sugar Ray
14.  Sloop John B – The Beach Boys
15.  Banana Republics – Jimmy Buffett

16.  A Pirate Looks At 40 – Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson & Tim Reynolds

Which song is your fave?  What song would you add to the list?  Let us know in the comments!
