Can I be super duper honest with you today? This is a little awkward to talk about…but here goes nothing…

Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions from therapists and coaches about how to start a private practice, or how to grow one once you have one.  Many others have been asking “how do I create a social media presence for my practice?” or “Do I even need one?”

And here’s where the honesty part comes in:  it has been SO fun for me to answer these questions and help fellow therapists and coaches!  Believe me, when I started blogging back in 2016, I was the one asking a bunch of people questions and trying to figure out what would work best for me…fast forward to today, and my private practice is thriving and I could not be more thankful!

But I SO remember what it was like in those early years of private practice.  Honestly, one of the reasons I started blogging was because we were having trouble making it financially…UGH.  So not a fun time to think about!  But like I said, I’m going to be brutally honest.

I remember feeling like I had to do something different because my practice wasn’t growing quickly enough to help my family enough.  I knew blogging and sharing about mental health on Instagram and Facebook wouldn’t lead to overnight growth – but it was worth a try to grow at all.

And grow it did – slowly, at first, and then once I figured out exactly what works (and what doesn’t) on social media for therapists, things really started to take off.

So I know this isn’t what I normally talk to you about – and if you’re not a therapist or coach, don’t worry, I’m not going to talk your ear off about it.  I just wanted to let you know that I’m hosting a FREE Zoom call on Monday, October 5th at 8 pm eastern/7 pm central/5 pm pacific to answer any and all of your questions about things like starting a private practice (and rapidly growing it), creating a killer social media presence (and why it’s very important to do so!), overcoming mindset blocks, creating and selling online courses and products, and even growing an email list (yep, you’ll definitely want one of those, too!).

In short: I just love helping people, and it’s been super fun for me to help other therapists and coaches lately!  If you or someone you know would like the Zoom link, just email me!  I’ll send it right on over.

Additionally, my Profitable Private Mastermind will provide ongoing coaching with me (both private and group calls) over the course of 6 months.  If you’d like more details on that, click here.  Enrollment for the mastermind will open October 5 and close October 12.  If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!

Have a wonderful week, my friends!
